New washing machine, ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner
Kitchen:
Nespresso machine, kettle, microwave, toast maker, dishwasher. Cookware and frying pans of various sizes.
Bedrooms and bathrooms:
Bed linen and towels are provided by us, including beach towels - washing fee of 65€ must be paid to the welcome host when leaving.

Neighborhood:

It's a quiet area with a lot of restaurants close by, natural park, beach just 400 meters from the house. Tourist train and city bus.
A small shop near to buy freshly baked bread, fresh newspaper and simple food for the breakfast.
Recommend to take a taxi or rental car if you want to take advantage of the wide range of food shops in the shopping center of Gran Alacant.

Getting around:

Less than 10 minutes from the airport.
7 minutes walk to the beach.
